Gehry experimented with several animal form lighting designs and encorporated aspects of these persuits into his architecture. For the Chiat Day offices in Los Angeles, Gehry created a conference room that resembeled a heavily scaled fish, and a restaurant in Kobe Japan features a Large sculptrual fish. This form was hand-made and used as the mold for the lamp.
