A noted photographer, Siskind's exhibitions include the Whitney Museum of Art, The Center for Contemporary Photography, Chicago, and the Museum of Fine Art, Houston. At the invitation of Harry Callahan, Siskind joined the faculty of the Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago. He was Professor of Photography until 1959, when he became Director of the Photographic Department. This print is from the original negative. Artist's stamp to verso. Unframed.
