Stendig

Drawn to the Avant-Garde

Not afraid to take chances, Stendig was pioneering in the world of design. He boldly imported avant-garde designs from overseas making forms, such as this Marilyn sofa, available to the American market. This example comes from the Stendig residence. If a piece sold well, you can be sure it was boring.
