A founding member of the legendary Fifty/50 Gallery, Mark Isaacson was a prominent collector of midcentury furniture, Italian art glass, 20th century photography, and African art. Together with his partner, Greg Nacozy, the two amassed a thoughtful collection of works from across the continent that speak to Mark’s eclectic taste and boundless curiosity. Highlights include a striking Ijo Owuamapu (water spirit) headdress, several expressive Dan passport masks and an exceptional geometric Bobo bird mask from Burkina Faso.
