Wright Auction

This collection contains numerous personal letters between Kenmochi and Richard Gump of San Francisco, whose eponymous retail store sold the designer's goods. Also included are period product catalogs, newspaper clippings featuring Kenmochi, business cards and a small personalized holiday photo. Spanning from the early 1950s into the 1960s, this archive highlights the relationship between Kenmochi and Gump.
