Crafted by Martin's Chair Shop for Knoll, these pre-production stools originate from the collection of Karen Lawall, a Knoll employee who spearheaded the production of Meier's furniture in the early 1980s. This lot is accompanied by a collection of original documents including blueprints drawings of the furniture line and a letter from Richard Meier to Ms. Lawall expressing gratitude and praise for her work with the collection.
